Try it before you believe it.
Monte Bianco is a demo restaurant running Friday right now. Open the chat bubble in the bottom right and treat it badly. Ask it to book a table for six on Saturday. Ask about parking, the patio, gluten free options. Then try to trick it into inventing a dish.
When Friday does not know something, it says so. It never guesses at your menu, because an assistant that invents answers is worse than no assistant at all.

05 / Straight answers
The questions you are actually asking.
What if it gives a customer wrong information?
Friday only answers from the information you give me: your menu, your hours, your policies. When it does not know something, it says so and points the customer to you instead of guessing. That is a deliberate design choice, and you can test it yourself in the demo before paying anything.
Do I need to change my website?
No. Friday is added to your existing website as a chat bubble, the same way it appears on the demo. Your site stays exactly as it is. If you do not have a website, that is the third thing I sell, and the two work well together.
What happens after the 3 free months?
You decide. If Friday has earned its keep, it is $450 once for setup and $40 a month from then on. If not, we part ways, it comes off your site, and you owe nothing.
Who am I actually dealing with?
Krishna. One person, based in Toronto. I build everything myself, I answer my own phone at +1 (647) 217-2641, and my mailing address is in the footer of this page. You will never be handed to an account manager, because there is none.
What if I want to stop?
Cancel anytime, no contract, no cancellation fee. Friday comes off your site and the monthly charge stops. Anything I built for you that is yours, like a website, stays yours.
Is this another tech pitch?
You are right to be skeptical, six people a month email you one. The difference here is that you can try the product before we ever speak, the prices are on this page, and the first 3 months cost nothing. Judge the demo, not the pitch.
