Prices, in full
Every number I charge is on this page. All Canadian dollars. 50% to start on a build, the rest on launch. Nothing monthly has a contract.
Short answer
A website from Dispatch costs $700 for a one page Starter, $1,500 for a five page Standard, or $2,800 for a Premium build with booking or ordering wired in. Local SEO is $500 or $800 a month. Bundling a site with a plan starts at $500 setup and $450 a month. All Canadian dollars, 50% deposit on a build, no contract on anything monthly.

Local SEO
Monthly, no contract
Starter SEO
Stay findable
$500
a month
For a business that needs its local listings correct and watched, not a campaign.
- Google Business Profile managed: hours, photos, services, posts
- Ten local search terms tracked, reported monthly
- Directory and citation details kept consistent across the web
- On page fixes to two pages a month
- Review monitoring, with a reply drafted for anything below four stars
- A one page monthly report: calls, form fills, and where you rank
- Hosting, backups, SSL, and security updates included
Honest limit. No link building and no content volume. If you want to actually climb for competitive terms, that is Growth.
Growth SEO
Most chosen
Climb for the terms that matter
$800
a month
For a business competing with others in the same postcode for the same searches.
- Everything in Starter SEO
- One written and published article a month, targeting a term your buyers search
- Twenty five search terms tracked, with competitor positions alongside
- A new or rewritten service page each quarter
- Quarterly technical audit: speed, crawl, structured data, broken links
- Local link and citation outreach, six quality placements a quarter
- A monthly call to go through what moved and why
Honest limit. Still not an agency campaign budget. Honest ceiling: this competes locally, not against national brands with a five figure monthly spend.
SEO plans run month to month with no contract and no cancellation fee. Search work does need a run at it: expect three months before rankings move and six before the pattern is clear. If you want a guarantee of position one, nobody can honestly sell you that.
Bundles
Built, then kept findable
Launch Bundle
Starter Website + Starter SEO
$500
setup, then $450 a month
For a business starting from nothing that wants to be found, not just online.
- Year one, bundled $5,900
- Year one, bought separately $6,700
- You keep $800
Growth Bundle
Most chosen
Standard Website + Growth SEO
$1,200
setup, then $700 a month
For a business that already has customers and wants more of them from search.
- Year one, bundled $9,600
- Year one, bought separately $11,100
- You keep $1,500
The saving is arithmetic, not a sticker: setup and monthly are both lower than buying the two apart, and the totals above are the sums. Bundles run month to month like the plans do, and cancelling the plan does not touch the site.
Add-ons
Only if you want them
- Extra page beyond the tier $150
- Writing, per page $110
- Logo and wordmark $250
- Google Business Profile setup, one time $150
- Booking, ordering, or reservation integration $200
- Second language $400
- Domain and business email setup $120
- Photography direction and licensed image sourcing $180
- Online store from $1,900
- Rush, half the normal timeline plus 25%
Nothing here is added without you asking, and nothing is added after the fact. If a conversation turns into extra work, you get the number before I start.
Where this sits
Published Toronto prices, checked August 2026
- A site builder, do it yourself Free to $50 a month, plus your weekends
- A Toronto template shop, five pages $299 to $1,100
- Dispatch, Starter $700
- Dispatch, Standard $1,500
- A Toronto agency, five pages $1,500 to $2,600
- Dispatch, Premium $2,800
- A Toronto agency, ten pages $2,000 to $5,500
- A boutique studio, any size $7,500 and up
Starter sits under every Toronto agency. Standard matches their floor, with the local search setup and the accessibility pass already in the number rather than quoted on top. Premium is in agency territory and is priced there because the work is the same work.
- Dispatch, Starter SEO $500 a month
- Dispatch, Growth SEO $800 a month
- Entry level local SEO, Canada $750 a month and up
- A Toronto local campaign $1,500 to $2,500 a month
- A Toronto mid tier retainer $3,000 to $4,000 a month
- GTA wide aggressive growth $3,000 to $6,000 a month
Both SEO plans sit under the market, and the reason is scope rather than generosity. A Toronto agency charging $2,000 a month is running a campaign with a content team and a link budget. I am one person keeping a local business correctly listed, tracked and written about. Read what a Toronto business should pay for SEO before buying it from anyone, including me.
How paying works
When do I pay?
50% when we agree the scope, so the work gets booked in, and the rest on the day it goes live. Builds over $2,400 can be split into three payments across the project instead. Invoices and payments run through Stripe. You get a link, you pay by card, and the receipt is automatic. Monthly plans are a Stripe subscription billed on the same date each month, which you can cancel yourself at any time without asking me first.
What if the price changes?
Revisions inside the agreed scope are included. New pages and new features are quoted before anyone builds them, so the number you agree to is the number you pay.
What do I own?
You own the domain, the files, the accounts, and the code. If we part ways tomorrow, the site is still yours and it still works.
Can I cancel an SEO plan?
SEO plans run month to month with no contract and no cancellation fee. Search work does need a run at it: expect three months before rankings move and six before the pattern is clear. If you want a guarantee of position one, nobody can honestly sell you that.
Do you discount?
Not on the price, because that would mean the first number was invented. If the budget is tight I will cut scope with you instead: fewer pages, writing you supply, add-ons dropped. The bundles are the one real discount and it is already applied.
